Fees to open a business in Kuwait
Every company in Kuwait must have a Kuwaiti partner who will be a shareholder of at least 51% in the business. But you are not required to give him 51% of the profit. Every Kuwaiti has his own personal charges for which he will setup a company for you.
Fee Structure to open a business company in Kuwait is given below-
1- Initial Setup Government fees- 500 KD ( Approx.)
2- Monthly Charges to operate the company- 150 KD (Per Month)
Note- Monthly Charges are variable according to your business, but its Starting fees is 150 KD (Per Month).
